CLC's Choral Group was formed in April 2005 with generous grants from Mrs. Sandra Damman and several other contributors. The ensemble debuted to rave reviews at the St. Francis A.M.E. Zion Church in Mt. Kisco, NY, and CLC's annual holiday gala held at the Renaissance Hotel in White Plains, NY.
Another grand performance took place at the Westchester Institute of Human Development's ribbon cutting ceremony with Senator Nick Spano as guest speaker. Valentine's Day found the group at Windgate Nursing Home Facility in Beacon, NY. The group practices every Monday evening at the Richard G. Rosenthal JCC under the direction of Laura Hunter. The CLC Choral Group performed on October 4, 2009 at Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester, NY. The occasion was the CLC Gala, which celebrated the organization's 20th anniversary.
