CLC Foundation The Foundation is dedicated to providing financial services and other forms of assistance to persons with persistent disabilities. The CLC organization is a family of affiliates in Mount Kisco, NY. The organization includes Community Living Corporation, Inc., CLC Supplemental Needs Pooled Trust, the CLC Foundation and CLC Transportation, Inc. Together, the agencies offer independent living opportunities, social services, special needs support, and financial planning to disabled adults.
Since its inception in 1990, CLC Foundation has provided financial assistance to adults living with persistent disabilities, as well as to the agencies dedicated to serving this group.
